Part is factory, installed easily, working great.
One of the hinges installed in my house in 2006 broke. This was a replacement. I was pleased to be able to locate an original part, as the originals are all (save this one) in great condition. Bought two, though, just in case. I found the part easy to install and adjust. Working beautifully.

Not perfect, but it'll do the trick
Fits in the connector slots perfectly, but it's a smidge short on the outer casing, leaving a larger gap than the original part. It is definitely better than the nothing I had before, however. Since you can no longer get the part from GoPro, it's a gift at the price.
