Informative and Helpful

Bought this book as I suffer with Bulimia. My psycologist 'prescribed' it. I am using this book alongside my CBT sessions and ut is an invaluable tool to have. I would recommend it to anyone with an eating disorder or family/friends of a sufferer. Very helpful.
