  Great seller, a real gentleman with wonderful communication! Unfortunately Evri lost the two parcels sent and are generally incompetent to say the least with terrible customer care.The seller and I are both astounded by their service

  Yes I agree. Evri lost these two large parcels containing rare books. They pretended to do a search but clearly didn't. They gave me £20 compensation and closed the matter. What appalling service and attitude, and of course it will cost me to sue them for negligence. Ebay continue to recommend them but they should take note of this feedback. Evri should be struck off !! Royal Mail and DPD are fine.
