    Redonkulous fast shipping
I can't speak to the quality of it yet, but it looks good and feels good (not plastic). But I definitely gave it the five stars for the blazing fast shipping without having to pay "extra"
COOLANT FILTRATION FILTER KIT FOR FORD V8 6.0L POWERSTROKE DIESEL+Coolant Filter
    23 Jul, 2019
    Good for the price.
So to start, I used this on my 90 Ford Ranger 2.3L. It was exactly what I wanted. I did have to mod the support bracket for my setup. I did not use the supplied hoses. Instead I bought 5/8" heater barb to 3/8" NPT fitting and ran new hose from my pump to this unit then from this unit back to heater core. Part of the reason I didn't use the supplied hoses is that they they only draw in a small portion of coolant from the side of a tee and a lot of fluid is left unfiltered. The way I have setup mine forces all coolant (that passes through the heater line) to pass through the filter. I initially tried to use the ball valves that were supplied, but they ended up leaking and I eventually split one down the side trying to tighten it to stop the leak, so I just removed the ball valve and went straight in. I read somewhere to run the supplied filter for 500-1000 miles initially then change out, The WIX 24070 is a good one fits this.
