I have installed the first one to assist with getting out of a shower and it works perfectly. Reasonably quick delivery and arrived well secured in bubble-wrap and plastic outer covering. As to the price I have two for the price of one elsewhere so a real bargain. Thoroughly recommend this seller. Thank you for the sale.

The following day I received the item, typical, after buying larger amount elsewhere. The seller could not in anyway be responsible for the late mail. I have been back in contact with the seller regards to paying for the gripit packet. The seller has told me to keep them and he will cover the loss. I have nothing but Praise for the manner in the Professional manner he has dealt with it

The item was shrink-wrapped at factory, so no blame is attributed to rainyday, but the item was completely unusable because of poor quality materials and ineffective return spring. I will not return for a refund and shall continue to support the charity by future purchases where I can.
