    Never received dispite seller advising that they had posted it late but added some extra to the order as goodwill. Was extremely patient with seller and allowed them time to arrange a replacement (which I had preferred). Ended up raising a case with Ebay and got a refund.

    Today is the 10 day since I purchased the A4 display book for £2.99 and haven’t received it yet. Now, I found a message in my phone from Royal Mail saying should pay £1.45!!!!! While eBay seller’s page shows the postage is for free. I am asking for a refund as this is misleading, not as described. This is not as eBay honest policy !!!!!
