Full bodied, delicate, crisp
1 of 1 found this helpful The filter itself is really fine and holds all grounds effectively (although it must be said that some fines do get through as it is expected, but the amount is proportional to the plunge speed and strength). I brewed my coffees in both inverted and traditional orientations, cold brews and regular brews and hybrid brews. In my opinion, the best cup of coffee is brewed with a cold extraction (blooming the coffee with cold to lukewarm water for ~5mins) and adding the boiling water later.
The major CON I find is that there are always some fines stuck to the filter itself so wiping before washing is advised.
Apart from that, I am enjoying my filter and wonderful coffee.
