Vac won't allow recharging
1 of 1 found this helpful The vac was doing it's job perfectly until it quit accepting a charge thru the charge cord. The charge light will not stay on unless I hold the plug forcibly in place. I tried in vain to find a way to get it to accept a charge but something inside the hole where the plug is inserted is apparently damaged. Either that, or the battery is just shot. I just purchased this vac last fall of 2019, so I got maybe 8 months of use (I was away from home for a month and a half in 2020). I hope B&D will honor the warranty.

Works, but short-lived
This plate brush has already deteriorated, the bristles are plastic and are already bent out of shape just from being in my ball bag. It’s light weight and easy to use but won’t last as long as a wooden brush.
