Accurate and well priced
This is a great aid in the kitchen. Can take a whale to hit max temp but very accurate.

Fresh Coffee
This unit when used correctly is great for keeping my coffee beans fresher for longer.
This is my second unit as the first one I dropped and given the brittle plastic used it cracked.
Have only used it for coffee beans so can not vouch for how other food products perform.

Good but not great
1 of 1 found this helpful As value for money this knife delivers. It is well balanced and the finish is of a high standard.
Was disappointed with the level of sharpness out if the box and had to do quite a bit of extra sharpening to get the knife to the same level as my much cheaper Globe knives.
That said, now it is sharpened it is quickly becoming my favourite knife particularly anything requiring a traditional rocking cutting motion.
