Upon opening item which was well packed with protective tubing wrap, handle was broken and water was present in bottle listed as new. Item now in the bin

    Item was ordered 17 Feb. I chased order on 3rd March because I had not received it. Seller said "that your order got lost" and they would send another. I sent another message on 11 March because I had still not received order. The seller said order was "delivered to wrong address by the courier". I sent another message, but seller did not respond. I now notice that the seller is selling same item for £8.60 (I purchased is for £5.98). Never received item. Sellers should honour the price agreed.
