No adhesive. Slightly too big. But once filed to fit and installed it looks like new.
Looks OEM but not sure because...
Had to file it down with a nail file to make it fit right in my remote (2013 335i).
And no adhesive, so I used some silicon glue to hold it in place.
Once installed it looked great, and just like the original.
Knocking off a star each for size and adhesive issues.

Better than the magic mouse 2
4 of 4 found this helpful I like the magic mouse 1 better than the magic mouse 2 because the 1 accepts regular AA batteries (eneloop rechargeable batteries work well) , and has an LED on the bottom side to indicate power and bluetooth signal. I have several of both types, and the 2 does take a quick charge in as little as a minute or two, but I have run out of power and had to plug it in (and the 2 is not usable while charging).

Unfortunately, didn't work with a Panasonic house phone
1 of 1 found this helpful I took a chance this would work to connect my cellphone headphones to a Panasonic house phone, but it didn't work. More my bad for trying since the 2.5mm side has 4 segments, while the house phone normally takes a 3 segment male connector.
Otherwise it looks like a very nice adaptor, so for applications that need 4 distinct channels it's probably fine.
