Very poor product for Samsung standard

The cheap looking clear plastic loop that goes over the ear isn't very well made for comfort , also the rubber piece that goes over speaker on headset is very hard and not durable , you can't have this in your ear for longer than necessary I don't rate in volume either very hard to hear other person speak , I've had better
