Herco is THE pick
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried everything. Herco is wide so it does not move around on your finger. I play blues and southern roots. Not the lightest of touches by any means. So, need something that will stay put. I trim the Herco to different lengths depending on style playing. They are excellent for rounding off the point. It gives a very nice sound, just a little more than bare thumb and is very fast. If I use a pick, most always will be a Herco. In fact, when I use a flat pick anymore it feels pretty strange. Basically, love the Herco thumb pick. Good as delivered but super when you make it fit for what you play. Unless you have a very light touch, use the heavy version.
