Happy Customer
I bought this to upgrade my laptop from windows vista to windows 7. It worked great. Easy to install. I got a message asking if I wanted to upgrade to windows 10 for free. I like windows 10 so I took them up on the offer. I hit the install button an I'm using windows 10. My laptop was a 2008 DELL. everything transferred and works great. I'm good for updates until 2023. Good to go for only $60.00. Best Buy wanted $245 dollars to do the upgrade. They told me I should replace the one I have with a new laptop. I did install and I have little to none experience. Just read the instructions and turn off your old Virus stuff.
