Decent bit of kit for home workout
Bands are decent quality. Good quality fabric and stitching on the anchor, handles and ankle straps. All in all it's a good product and I'm happy I bought it.
Be aware that resistance bands take some getting used to. It's not like a cable machine at the gym. But once you work out the angles and get the technique down you can get a great work out.
