  Excellent. Firstly, the item arrived in brilliant condition, clearly packed with great care, which is very reassuring when buying an item like this. The item was exactly as described and works perfectly ( I have test-scanned a photo and it worked great). Superb communication from the seller even directed me to where I could find the correct software for the scanner. No complaints at all.
