A beginner's guide to both walking and running
Lots of information for those of us who want to start running while avoiding pain and injury. Also what to do if it does happen.
I've read two other book's on the subject (Running For Dummies and The Essential Runner) but have found this one to be the best of the three for beginners.
Amongst the page's is a static stretching guide and beggining runner's program schedule which essentialy starts you off with walking and gradually speeds thing's up with running.
