  The picture arrived promptly , was well packaged and the price was fair. However the description did not mention the picture had been covered in a shiny plastic film, which was not apparent in the photos, and was unexpected .If it had I would not have purchased it, as I brought it to frame .For that reason I'm leaving neutral feedback. I would still recommend this seller as everything else was great, but maybe they need to make sure the description is a bit more accurate .
