  The seller cancelled the order after payment and promising dispatch the next day as apparently they damaged a £1.00 cable when boxing up the item. I contacted them to say that I would replace the cable and to continue with the purchase but they ignored the message and continued with the refund. eBay notified me to say that the item was sold to another person and was "out of stock". Waste of time and terrible experience, not to be trusted.

  Unfortunately, the item required repair/spare parts, so the sale was canceled, and you were fully refunded the same day. This means the item was not sold to another person and Ebay confirmed that, therefore, your statement is not true. I am not taking your offer to sell you this item for a reduced price in trade of you removing your feedback as you suggested. I can live with your unfair feedback rather than selling this item to you.
