  Under "Normal" circumstances this feedback should have been a Neutral or Negative as the tool was broken! However the seller advertised it for a friend and it was not tested. The return process could not have been better, a virtual immediate response from the seller with a pre-paid returns label and the refund followed as soon as the seller received the item. The "Seller" cannot be faulted in anyway and I've have absolutely no hesitation buying again! Thanks Brian for making this issue painless.
