Comcast Xfinity XR11 Voice Remote control W/ Batteries Used Tested #R9P

Both items were defective

Athough the items APPEARDbrand new BOTH were defective. One was not able to be set to a TV because the setup button if not wok. The AUDIO/VOICE CONTROL button on the other does not work. I replaced the batteries in both to no avail.
