Thanks but no thanks

I was unable to get the keypad to sync with my door opener. It could be my doors were installed in 2007 and continue to work well. My former keypad disintegrated and I need to replace it. I was pleased to find this brand at this value and received it as advertised. Unfortunately I need to return it because it does not work with my doors.
