Buyer wanted the item but wanted me to discount it. I stated I would refund after the item was returned in the same condition as it was sent to them. The buyer still has yet to ship back the item after me sending a return label, they went on vacation. Had time to write a bad review on a new item but not the time to return it.

Neato D4 an Amazing Machine
I can’t say enough about this sweeper it cleans really good and has great mapping ability as well as App control on my phone I can even have it clean when I’m at work. Amazing Product..

Wrong part
0 of 1 found this helpful Pit Stop Auto wanted to sell apart so fast that they did not even read my comment about needing it for 3.9 liter instead of a 2.4 in the comments section so they sent me the wrong part now I have to ship it all the way back and now they want to try to charge me a restocking fee because they were too happy to get their money and not check my comment to make sure I got the right part
