Desperate and Annoyed!
The Canon All-In-One MG6220 is a great piece of ingunity but when you have a cliche then it does not function correctly like scanning. I contacted my overseas tech support and they were unable to fix this problem. The software that comes with the MG6220 is the same as my last three printers (all Canon MG6220) and they operated great. ...unfortunetly this particular printer must have a different driver? I downloaded the drivers off the Canon Internet website but to no avail. The drivers that came with software do not support this unit. I will have to wait until the Corvid-19 does its thing and our state stops the lockdown. I will take the MG6220 to a American-based electronics expert to have them take a look at what is the precise problem.
