  I picked positive review because there wasn't an option for a negative one. I did my best to address his concerns by fully refunding him, apologizing, and allowing him to keep the book. Despite my efforts, he chose to maintain his negative review. I've reached out to him several times to request an update to his review, especially since our eBay business relies heavily on customer feedback, but he hasn't budged. Even after resolving the issue and providing a refund &letting him keep the product.
