Not a Good Product
Actually when I bought this product on ebay the water container was received broken and the machine needed to be constantly switched on and off to purge the water,in other words it did not work correctly or better yet it did not work at all,spent money foolishly,I ended up buying a new one from a reputable dealer.Sorry,but "it is what it is".And then after all of this I went and ordered the k-cups on ebay thinking it would make the taste of the coffies better,it did not,it was bitter and strong,and the machine does not heat up that well,and this was on a new machine,I would rather just buy it from McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts,nice hot coffee.It is definately a hype on a product that is like the epi-lady shaver,not a good product.

The face on the dial was to light,not dark like the picture,not easy to see if you are an older person.
