They should have Named this: John Willingham's BBQ & Soul Food Bible - Cuz, it's not just BBQ
This book isn't just about Memphis BarBQ or John's BarBQ it's about that PLUS Memphis Soul Food. Memphis is the belt buckle of the Cotton Belt and Memphians and folks from the Mississippi River Delta regions in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi grew up on this kind of cookin. This kind of cookin is to food, what the Blues is to music.
This book is a must for anyone who wants to learn how to cook deep south soul food and/or, BarBQ. Bottom line is, John's a legend and his book is a gem. Diggit!
