Good thing it was for myself or I would of given it as a gift and the recipient would of had to take it to get fixed.

I was very unhappy that no one must of checked the robe before shipping it. Both of the robe hoops for the belt were not sewn. I took it to a seamstress to fix it😡

I just now opened my blind. I texted you prior to buying the blind. I asked you if the brackets were plastic or metal. You said you had to open it and check. Then you said plastic. That’s what I wanted because my old one was and it would be easier for me to install( I’m disabled) Funny how plastic turns to metal. I reported you.
