Solid, quiet generator with great features
4 of 4 found this helpful This is a good generator for RV use. Runs everything in the trailer including AC and microwave at the same time. Starts first time, every time. Runs quiet.
Pros:
- Runs for longer than 12 hours on full tank at minimal draw
- Very quiet. Almost as quiet as my 2400W Yamaha generator
- Lots of power
- Remote start. No need to leave the trailer to start generator
Cons:
- Have to remove outer panel to change oil (about 20 bolts). Not very convenient.
- Only one transmitter provided. 2 should be provided
- Handle tends to rattle when running in fully retracted position. Extending handle stopped the rattle
- No fuel gauge
- No power output gauge
Very good value for the money.
