Difficult to get configured and won't upgrade
1 of 1 found this helpful The point of buying this was to use Alexa to control my outdoor awning shades. After much thrashing, I now have the shades and actions set up, and can use them via the app. After repeated attempts, I have not been able to update the code,even with the device within a few feet of my router. The most I've seen it update is about 4% and then it has a problem and asks for resets and then still doesn't update. Disappointed!!!
