Only wanted accurate forehead temps

Very dissapointed,and after not being able to interpret the directions,and taking it to a friend—it still isn’t right as it is in the low range and have to try once again to get it right!! All I wanted was to be able to check temperature! I had intention to give it to a friend,which I did and that’s when I realized it was in the lo range. I was going to give it to a friend who is a grandmother(guardenship) of a five year old who does not like the oral thermometer! I appreciate you asking,but dissapointed— only wanted the forehead temp! Thanks
