I emailed asking about damage prior to listing ending and was reassured there was none. When damaged item arrived, seller blamed postal service, then blamed me. Then stopped communicating altogether. I can understand and forgive genuine mistakes (I make enough!). If seller took responsibility, issue would have been over. But denial, accusations and silence are not the way to resolve issues. Poor description, damaged item, bad attitude & service.

Lightweight easy to use and compatible with most devices
This is an excellent product for the home, it's that easy to setup and used that I have three of them around the house on different computers.
