Perfect for me, and now the daughter
Have had one of these for sometime. Carry in briefcase with laptop and much easier for a clumsy male to use than my fingers! Daughter saw it and asked me for details. Bought her one in stead, cause that is what dads are for!!

Frightening when you first go through the instructions, but so exhilarating to do.
Phone charge increasingly dropped over a month until phone started locking up. For the low cost of a new battery was worth seeing if a battery replacement solved the problem, before I moved on to purchasing a new phone. Was frightened sick when I went on line to watch a video telling me what to do. The phones I had had before required the cover being removed, the battery being lifted, and the new battery inserted. This required precision work, frightening, but if you follow the stages it breaks down into very understandable steps, and what a great feeling you get on completion, and I speak as someone well past his working life. And the result, a phone that operates as it did two years ago when I bought it. I conclude the company provides a good product at a very very reasonable price.
