Happy Hummers
This is one of the best we have found. We never buy anything that has no perch. Contrary to what some people believe that they do not want a perch from which to feed, our little ones love to just sit on anything they can find, even a stray wire and this feeder with the many ports and perch areas really "fill the bill" - literally.

Best use
This is the only way to keep your battery charged properly if you spend a large amount of time in a location other than where your Luggie scooter stays since the other method of charging has to be done with it installed in the scooter. It still means that the battery AND docking station have to be taken with you when you leave (example, spending summers in vacation home). All in all an expensive and inconvenient situation but the only thing that works to keep a healthy battery.

Best Yet!
We have 4 different feeders, one about the same as this but with yellow flowers around the feeding port. During the fall migration preparatory feeding blitz, this is the one they go to and empty the fastest, even when it's location is switched with others. No idea why but it is the favorite, no colored water or anything, just I/4 cup sugar to I cup water per heated minute to fully mix.
