Price is a little much but it fits.
The price is a little spendy and you have to drill out the mounting holes to 1/4 in. For bolts But it fits and works nice.

Solved the problem
Hooked it up and bam it worked nice just the way they should.

made in china.
Some screw holes are drilled in offset position for the rewind cover and there are no sleeves for the gas or oil cap retainers. in other words when you take the gas cap off there is nothing to keep from dropping or loosing it. And oil pump is very stiff.
