  Item stated, new and unworn. Unfortunately they’ve been worn, although lightly,seller unaware of this,no photo listed inside plimsoll to show. I contacted seller, they replied,an apology and full refund issued, which I’ve now received. Thank you :)

  Thank you for your understanding and hope that the outcome has resolved the issue. I was unaware of the problem with the plimsolls. I would never have advertised them as new if there was anything wrong with them. I take great pride in what and how I list and would never knowingly mislead. These were bought for my grandson. The outside of the plimsolls looked brand new. It could well be he tried them on with dirty socks and that is how the marks got there. Hopefully all is well that ends well!
