Overall pleased
Yes, automatic settings easy to use, but there is a large learning curve for a lot of features. When importing a video from camera to PC, I get three unknown files that seem to be useless, but imported video works fine. Cannot find documentation for the odd files with unknown extensions..
Picture quality much better than my six year old camera in video mode. Sound even outdoors seems to be fine. Only used twice so far, but pleased with purchase.

Smooth Sync to smart phone and PC
Great for taking notes. Big advantage over paper in that each lecture or class can be saved to its own folder for easy access. No more stack of handwritten notes to sort through looking for a special note.
The case really is important to protect board when communicating. Fit is PERFECT.
