Good quality overall, really good for the price.

There may be better oil filter cap wrenches, but for the price, this is really good. It fits the filter cap on my Mercedes Sprinter very well. The finish is not perfect, but is is really good. Much better than it has to be for a tool. I expect this tool to last as long as my van and then some.

Works with 2017 Sprinter

This works with my 2017 Sprinter 4x4. I have used it to reset the SRS warning. I have not had to use it for any engine codes yet, but I expect it to work well for that. The UI could probably be better but it gets the job done. I am surprised that this is not a nice, modern iPhone app with a nice UI. Would’t that be cheaper than doing this custom hardware?

Very good for the money.

I have tried clamps from three vendors. RRS are the best, no question. This is a solid second. The finish is very good, the clamping action is very good. It is between 1/4 and 1/2 turn of the knob to go from freely sliding on my RRS plates to fully locked. That is good. (The other low-cost clamp I tried fails this test very badly). What I do not like is the rounding of the edges. The radius is about half of the radius that RRS uses. This makes the body feel squarer and probably more painful to bump in to. If the manufacturer were to increase the radius of the rounding to be similar to RRS, this would be a real winner. I am currently have a Cotton Carrier hub mounted to the clamp. I have RRS plates on my cameras. To carry a camera on my Cotton Carrier, I mount the clamp to the plate. To move the camera to a tripod, I remove the clamp and put it in my pocket. For this task, this clamp works well and is a great value. Alternatives for this task are the RRS B2-FABN, RRS B2-FABN-MICRO and RRS B2-MAS.
