Listed as NEW but was used. As it was for charity they Expected me to accept it. Then when pressed expected me to go through the hassle of: "you return the item via second class post (carefully wrapped and padded, as it was when I sent it to you) c/o my place of work to arrive on a weekday, not a weekend), then I shall pay return postage to you capped at £3.20, upon safe receipt of the PSU, I will refund you"

I responded to emails about this, explaining the error I had made in a drop-down box, but indicating that it was obvious from photographs of the item (in an old machine), and indeed from the item description, that it was used. Buyer hadn't read all of the advert. I offered a refund including the postage (as can be seen above) but this was ignored. Buyer simply wanted a discount. 100% went to Children in Need, and buyer evidently elected to keep the item, despite attempts to get a discount!

Genuine Ford Transit Fiesta AUX Headphone Jack Sleeve Cover Port 1365708

Excellent product
A little tricky to fit and comes without instructions. You have to break the old one off and then pull this into two halves, remove the fuses for radio and lighter, remove the panel around the gearstick, unplug the cig lighter and this socket and then press the two sides of the new socket together on either side of the hole. Remember you will need your radio code when you reconnect the fuse on the radio!
