Great light weight military style sling
I carried an M16 for years in the army. These are the same kind of slings we used. They are light weight and very adjustable--you won't find a sling that adjusts as far out as these do. I like them because of that feature. I adjust them out so that I can carry them slung across my back with the muzzle down--habit from the Army and a comfortable way to carry. Makes it easy to hike with your rifle. I have these type slings on about thirty rifles I own. Keep in mind this is just my opinion, to each his own.

War Eagle Boats Custom Rod Holders
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased two of these for my 2005 War Eagle 648. They mounted easily and look great. I only bought two because I wanted to try them out first--they're not cheap. So here's what I can tell you: First, don't drill any holes in the rail unless you have to. Mine mounted easily WITHOUT having to drill a hole in the rail. Second, these are very high quality and very well built--both the rail mounts and the Cannon Rod Holders. I'm going to purchase 4 more so that I have three on each side. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again. I looked at the War Eagle factory holders and I just couldn't understand how they work--I was told you have to bend them to your liking. I didn't want anything that would bend. These look great on the boat and they are easy to take on and off. I'll take them off when I go deer hunting (hunt in marsh for Sika deer). Not cheap, but you always get what you pay for. Hope this helped......

They work
I bought these for a 1999 Ford Ranger. I only needed the piece that goes into the spare tire lowering unit but had to get a full set.
The description says that this was the right kit for my truck--what they really meant was sort of.
None of the peices in this set will fit in the factory space where they belong with the jack--they are too long. They don't explain that in the description at all. I'm sure that would be the case with all the Ford Rangers they are designed to replace regardless of the year.
The seller has the length(s) listed so be sure to measure. I'm sure you will discover that they are way too long to fit where they belong.
That said, if you don't mind where you store them they do come in a nice case and they do work well.
