My Physical Therapist uses these

I bought a different pair with plastic pouches that had sand or gravel in the pouches for weights. The material was essentially a trash bag, and they were very hard to take in & out. So I asked my PT what she uses and she sent me a link to this. I returned the others and am very happy with these.

Another good Panasonic product

I generally get Panasonic products as they are high quality. In the past I've had other brands but Panasonic phones hold up the best. The sound quality it good, answering machine works well. My main complaint about it, as with all landline phones, is the the terrible synthesizer "'rings" you have to choose from. It is a matter of picking the one you hate least. Set up went pretty well, but I had a difficult time keeping the "call from....." message that you can have on during the ringing off. For some reason I would turn it off and the next call, there it was again. I finally got it to stay off. Personally, I think the default for that should be off, not on.

mesh sponge is ok

My random color is a really ugly dull yellowish-white. I'm not sure of the quality. Time will tell. The price was right--only .99 and shipped from China. if it doesn't hold up I think a nice quality sponge cut and hollowed by scissors will be my next one, and I can choose a nice color and know for sure the quality.
