print head works but was a little old and battered
Ordered print head thinking it was an out of date new one, turned out to be a rather old rebuilt one, After a little while it started to work and has done so ever since so no problem so far.
Just felt that the description could have been better described as recycled and not 'genuine' as it was described and this may have been a little more accurate.
Ordered another one at the same time for the other colours from someone else and this arrived in a sealed box albeit slightly out of date which I was aware of.

Nice lamps but poorly designed
Put lights on wall looked nice but the whole design is weak and the lights just drooped down with the weight of the thing. We had to fix copper wire struts to the wall to hold them up and tried to make this a feature. Would not recommend sorry
As not fit for purpose.
