Terrible..Steer well away!
On first view the item looked sturdy and excellent value for money. However it proved to be a poor purchase. The bottom blade plastic twist fixing came off on first use and spayed fluid everywhere. This is when I discovered that the twist fixing was a nightmare to re-assemble. It doesn't easily twist into place. On second use it did the same and because I probably overtightened it when trying to re assemble it cracked. Complained to the suppliers who kindly sent new parts. BUT yet again the twist fixing was difficult to assemble onto the bottom of the jug.. Thinking I had sorted it, on the first usage it again came off and spayed hot liquid everywhere. Item is now in the bin. Proved to be a waste of money. I have complained to the suppliers about our experiences siting a unsafe product. A month on, yet to receive a reply hence the poor review from me today.

Item as advertised. Brand new, without the heads. Not problem as heads freely available. Good purchase.

Sales team very helpful when confirming stock items.
Looks good, sounds good. Buttons a little small for my old eyes but ok for my daughter. Simple to install and came with the correct facia adapter for the car.
