Great quality and a back saver
Really happy with this car seat. Which? review this seat quite poorly because it isn't great for newborns as you can't get the belts tight enough apparently. However we got this when our son turned 11 months and it is brilliant. Britax has specialised in car seats for decades so they know their safety and now it is owned by a German company and manufactured there you can be sure it is of high quality manufacture. I do not work for these guys, promise!
What we love is the rotating seat so we don't strain our back getting our babba in the car. Also it is both rearward and forward facing and after doing our research we realised that rearward facing is best to give much more support to the baby's neck in the event of an accident. Otherwise they experience a similar impact as we would. Going up to 4 years is good to as it is quite expensive but divide the price by 3 years and it's not too bad. Personally I'm not into all the fashionable, expensive pram nonsense but I am very happy to prioritise safety which I believe by the build and quality of this product is in no doubt.
At the time of buying this seat; it was the cheapest here on ebay than anywhere else online, I just couldn't choose one of the funkier colours! All the lining is replaceable too so if its just a case of the fabric/padding getting worn,me understanding is it's very easy and cheap to replace.
Anyway, big investment but no regrets and our son seems to like it too, thanks
