Cancelled

The day our DVD was due I sent a message asking if they've heard anything about the progress of my item and guess what?? They cancelled it. Without messaging me. I don't recommend them unless u want to be extremely disappointed!! 😠 My order still says shipped and has since Nov. 16th and it's Dec 4.
