Excellent substitute for L carbonate

I was hospitalised with lithium toxicity after 8 years of being on it and being told I would have to take it for the rest of my life. I have been taking this lithium orotate ever since and it’s been wonderful. I feel so free now I am not tied to a chemist and the LO is just as effective with me,alongside Energywork,Qigong and other spiritual stuff. Very grateful for this product,thank you.
