The Illusionist DVD
The DVD was expensive. But it is hard to find so….
It arrived on schedule, undamaged and with region 4 worked in Australia.
Sylvain Chomet has his own very unique style in storyline and animation setting etc. Any of his works seem to have constant little surprises and hidden meanings that require contemplation to appreciate.

K and F MC UV filter 77mm
Just received in mail. After cleaning lens and checking filter fitted it on immediately.
Always wanting to protect the glass on all my lenses this UV lens is an investment.
It’s cost was very reasonable and it’s quality of build will last for a long time.
The glass is 18 nano multilayered and with use will show its clarity and integrity.
I have other filters that are more lightweight
however, this one I feel is more heavy duty and is appropriate for the lens size.

Freewell Magnetic Quick swap
Just arrived. No damage. Easy to fit 77mm filter system to lens. A UV filter was supplied as well with the ND1000/PL and backing magnetic ring.
A magnetic filter cap was also supplied. This is great for protection while camera and lens are in use.
But, when the cap is not required out in the field store it carefully as it can be easily misplaced.
I have already a high end UV filter so the supplied UV filter is now a spare.
The ND1000/PL is so easy to attach and detach compared with my very expensive and cumbersome Lee filter system.
However, care needs to be taken in lens adjustment to avoid slight darkening at the corners of the image.
The carry case lid is also magnetic and will safely hold the filter when not in use.
There are a number of other Freewell filters that can also be purchased individually or as a combination.
These can be attached individually or in combination.
Pity I couldn’t afford the combination of Freewell magnetic filters.
Very impressed.
A great system that is very user friendly.
