    Entertaining Movie
The film was very entertaining. I bought it for Vivien Leigh 's performance. It also has an advertisement for the movie.

    Mediocre Movie
I bought this because of my interest in Vivien Leigh. She also performed the play this is based on often on stage even when she was too old for the stage role. She and Claude Raines do a marvelous job of acting. Raines' Cesar is memorable for wisdom. Leigh does a great job of playing Cleopatra as a young girl when she is in her 30s. She uses body language to seem younger. Scenery and filming style are very dated whereas Gone With the Wind is timeless. Vivien had a miscarriage of Lawrence Olivier's son because of falling during a scene. It must have been embarrassing to lose a baby over such a mediocre movie.
