Please contact me BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me a chance to sort out any issues. Please ensure you read my item descriptions in full before bidding as I will not accept Refunds or returns unless the error is mine. If I do make a mistake I will rectify it with no issue whatsoever. Please understand when you are listing lots of items it is very easy to make a mistake. if you leave negative feedback without contacting me first to resolve any issue you have I will report YOU to eBay for not following their guidelines of contacting the seller first and I WILL get your feedback removed as its totally unfair when people do this without reaching out first. No one is perfect and I do OCCASIONALLY get it wrong but I ALWAYS put it right! Also if you claim non delivery of an item and I can prove otherwise you will be reported to eBay as I am sick of people doing this.
