I would have been delighted!

I would have been delighted with this item if it had not been for the postwoman who decide to post this parcel through a window above my front door { 6'6" above the ground!!} which obviously damaged the wind chime, even though it state "fragile". I have complained to the post office and at this moment in time they are saying "sorry"!!. so were does this leave me? In my opinion I think you need to consider a different mailing service because I have never had this problem with other couriers. I would appreciate a reply to these comments.
